EDPE 2025 - Registration Fees

(registration system opens from end of August)

Regular full registration fee                                              650 EUR

Full registration fee - IEEE members                               600 EUR

Student registration fee (not for 1st Author)                350 EUR

Co-author registration fee                                               450 EUR

Co-author registration fee - IEEE members                400 EUR

2nd and further papers(s) of the same author            250 EUR

2nd and further papers(s) of the same author- IEEE members        200 EUR

Spouses                                                                                200 EUR

Extra Welcome party ticket                                                80 EUR

Extra Conference trip ticket                                               150 EUR

The prices are valid until 17th September 2025. After that date and for on-site payments an additional 50 EUR fee will be charged.

Regular full registration fee includes participation to all conference events, Welcome party, Conference trip with dinner and Conference proceedings.

IEEE members full registration fee includes the same as full registration fee, but IEEE members must prove their status by filling in their IEEE membership number.

Student registration fee includes the same as full registration fee, but student must prove their student status by sending an e-mail with appropriate student document.

Co-author registration fee is intended for co-authors of the paper with one full registration paid.

For the second, third and other eventual paper of the same author, appropriate fee should be paid for each additional paper.

Spouses fee covers Welcome party and Conference trip for the spouses.

Accomodation for participants is in the new CAAS Residence - Dormitory that consists of 21 single and 13 double rooms (each with bathroom, air condition, phone and Internet). It is located on the third floor of the CAAS building. More information about accomodation you can find on Dormitory web pages and Dormitory pricelist. All reservations should be made directly through Dormitory, not EDPE2025 Organizing Committee.
